The new Observer app is a mobile application to assist you in the real-time to get all information about the Parliamentary / Assembly Constituency and send observation reports to ECI instantly and securely. This application is developed with an aim to assist the law enforcement agencies to trace and capture illegal transactions that are taking place in their jurisdictions. You can use this app to get information about the cVIGIL cases reported in their jurisdiction. This app will allow you to view and send comments after the investigation is complete by the field unit. You can also send your inputs after the investigations are complete.
